Liaigre is a design house that places simplicity, quality, balance, and beauty at the heart of its mission. For more than forty years, it has designed and created interior spaces and furniture, embodying French taste and a luxurious yet restrained style based on exceptional craftsmanship and a distinctive conception of furniture. In this way, Liaigre follows in the footsteps of the great cabinetmakers and designers of the eighteenth century and the modernist designers of the 1930s.
Studio Liaigre designs interior architecture based on essential forms, and each creation is a unique response to a specifi c project.
Liaigre’s philosophy, upheld by the Studio’s teams, is to conceive harmonious and commensurate spaces. Through creations geared exclusively toward well-being and balance, the Studio begins by taking into account the geographic and cultural context. Whether for houses, apartments, vacation homes, or offi ces, the Studio designs custom interiors, fittings, and furniture, and proposes a selection of materials, making each commission unique. While every new project is based on a particular individual history, the signature Liaigre style is also subtly expressed through ostensibly simple designs, spaces adapted to the needs of the users, a rigorous aesthetic that magnifi es the beauty of the materials, and a modern and timeless spirit combining elegance and sobriety.
